The Cave will celebrate 11 years in business in August

The Cave gate opened for the first time in August of 2010.

We have been blessed to still be rolling eleven years later.

During those years we have gotten rid of things that didn’t work well for us and added in things that did

We got our first taste of steel maces and club is January 2016.

Mace Fit® grew out of that and has become our premier training program.

Today we have 30 Certified Mace Fit® coaches covering about ten U.S. states plus Puerto Rico, England, and Scotland.

We have much to be thankful to the Lord for!
