Sanddune power steps x 40 reps

Sanddune pushups x 15 reps

recline rope rows x 5/5 reps

specific warmup (5 minutes)

sled push set up & light practice

strength (4 rounds)

heavy sled push x 50 feet

conditioning/accessory work (2 rounds)

dumbbell rows x 8/8 reps

weighted situps x 8 reps
