I think it is great to train team sport athletes for those who feel called to do it. However, that is not our focus here at the Cave. I just train regular folks who want to be healthy and strong.

The Cave will be closed on April 23
Since we are having the macefit.com instructor certification on Saturday and Sunday, we will be closed on Monday. We are blessed to have people traveling in from different parts of the U.S. and even from South America for this certification! We will make sure it is well-worth their investments in this!
Who trains at the Cave?
People who want results and want to make their time at the gym count, that’s who. Busy professionals and business owners train here because they know they will not be wasting their time or money. They don’t come here to socialize, they come here to work!
