specific warm up (5 minutes)

triple tire flip & rear drag set up and light practice

strength (20 minutes)

triple tire flip & rear drag x 1-1-1-1-1 

conditioning/accessory work (2 rounds)

heavy swings x 10 reps  (100lb minimum)

double palm strikes on heavy bag x 10 reps

resistance band pause face pulls x 20 reps

recline rope climb x 5

bear hug keg squats set up and light practice

strength (20 minutes)

bear hug keg squats x 12/10/8/6/4 reps

conditioning/accessory work (2 rounds)

Grinder Kord reverse flys x 15 reps

conditioning/accessory work (3 rounds)

straight arm push downs (with 5 second negatives) x 15 reps

heavy Adex club front cleans x 15 reps

Americanas x 50 reps

Adex mace grave diggers x 15/15 reps

Zercher sand bag cleans x 10 reps

strict pull ups x 10 reps

specific warm up (5 minutes)

lateral keg loading/sandbag shouldering set up and light reps

strength (3 rounds)

lateral keg loading x 10/10 reps followed immediately by

sandbag shouldering x 10/10 reps

conditioning/accessory work (3 rounds)

clamp curls x 15 reps

tricep push downs x 10 reps
