Heavy swings, I mean over 150lbs, are something you won’t see in most places.

I have gone to great lengths to learn from the best coaches I can find, then add in what works best.
Our dewussified training makes our athletes Cave Strong, not just strong.
One of my mentors is Zach Even-Esh, the godfather of Underground Strength Training.
I have learned from him for 8 or 9 years now, and still do.
