RISK VERSUS REWARD IN TRAINING AND IN LIFE

“IF YOU WON’T TAKE A CHANCE ON YOURSELF, WHY SHOULD ANYONE ELSE TAKE A CHANCE ON YOU?”–AUTHOR UNKNOWN

Many people settle for a very humdrum routine life. Pretty much nothing changes until their health fails and they die with no adventures under their belts.

Others live at the edge, where danger awaits. They refuse to live in a monotonous routine.

They will take chances and they will experience things the timid never will.

I rode Harleys for years and many times it was in heavy rain. Some people think you are crazy to ride in the rain. Okay, so call me crazy.

I never regretted taking those long road trips even when the storms were bad.

Did I look for storms on purpose? Of course not!

I got to do things, go places, and see things many people will never experience.

It’s been the same way in my training over the decades. I started a gym that people told me would never make it. I didn’t listen to the naysayers, it’s still going ten years later.

I took chances.

I tried new things because they tested me.

Did I ever get hurt?

Let’s just say it came with the territory.

Did I quit?

No way!

That’s how I eventually started the Mace Fit® training system.

No one I knew of was doing anything even remotely close to it. It built strength, improved cardio, burned fat, and improved mobility.

I persisted and later developed my own online courses and certification, plus a live, in person, hands-on certification.

So why not take a chance on Mace Fit® and take your fitness to a whole new level?

Call or text me at (941)228-8341 to schedule a free week of trial workouts.

You won’t be bored, I promise.
