On May 27, the Cave will become history, here’s what our final month will be like

After almost 12 years of putting my heart into building and running the Cave, the time has come to say goodbye.

I have been selling off our equipment all last week and we are getting down to bare bones.

We will continue to train with what we still have until the end.

The programming will be the same format, just what we have to use is more limited now.

Minimalist training makes you more adaptable and creative anyhow.

I will continue to post Cave Strong -training of the day (TOD) throughout May.

after that this website will remain live.

My recommendation is for people to go back to the beginning of our training and start

working your way back up through our over 800 TOD’s.

That should take you a few years.

I will still be sending out training tips by email several times each week even after the Cave closes.

I also recommend that you grab a copy of my book, The Cave Strong Method, that chronicles how we trained so effectively over the years.

I am pivoting to a fully mobile Mace Fit program now.

Thanks for being on this strength journey with me!

I am the owner of the Cave, a strength-based, veteran-owned, unconventional coaching facility. Our training is old school style, and it gets results!
