Carlos aka “Bar-Bender” Gonzalez recently sent me these photos.  In both he is wearing the exact same shirt and in about the same position.

In the top photo Carlos was 330lb and wanted to get leaner and stronger, and he was willing to do the work.

You don’t get a back like this from lifting “bunny weights”, you have to wrestle some serious iron.

Carlos earned his nickname of “Bar-Bender” after he bent half of our barbells doing heavy  squats and deadlifts.

Carlos will be competing in the Tampa Bay Strongman Classic on July 13.
