GRAY HAIR, WHITE HAIR, NO HAIR? YOU STILL NEED TO TRAIN!

In fact, if you are over 40 you need to workout now more than ever.

The older you get (over 50, over 60 or more) the importance level goes up more. You cannot afford health-wise to just sit on your butt and watch TV or scroll through social media for hours and hours every day.

70 years young and still workoing out 3 or 4 days a week

“From the time you are born to around the time you turn 30, your muscles grow larger and stronger. But at some point in your 30s, you start to lose muscle mass and function. The cause is age-related sarcopenia or sarcopenia with aging.

Physically inactive people can lose as much as 3% to 5% of their muscle mass each decade after age 30. Even if you are active, you’ll still have some muscle loss.”

“The primary treatment for sarcopenia is exercise, specifically resistance training or strength training. ” WebMD

You can use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, etc. to fight sarcopenia muscle loss. A lot of people don’t know that you can aslo use maces and clubs. The main reason why is they develop a lot of centrifigal force.

Remember, the clock is running and time waits for no one!
