general warmup (15 minutes)

kettlebell figure 8’s to hold x 30 reps

kettlebell goblet squats x 20 reps

kettlebell cleans x 10/10 reps

kettlebell press x 7/7 reps

specific warmup (5 minutes)

rear sled pull set up and light practice

strength (5 rounds)

heavy rear pull x 50 feet

conditioning/accessory work (2 rounds)

resistance band hamstring curls x 25 reps

weighted calf raises x 25 reps
