Lots of tough competitors and very cool people there.
There were a couple of things I hadn’t seen at Strongman shows in the past like the power stairs and the Mjölnir raise.
The power stairs were brutal, especially the 2nd flight of stairs with heavier loads.
The Mjölnir raise was the lightest event overall but was very challenging.
From the 18lb hammer to the 27.5lb Adex steel club it was pretty tricky to hold overhead for max. time.
Huge congrats to Paul Hope for winning the drawing we had for a brand new Adex steel club!
I heard some good questions about the steel clubs and maces as well as our Mace Fit training system.
Just text me at (941)228-8341 if you want more information.
The Atlas stone press was also rough.
Trying to get a good lockout without dropping it on your skull is difficult.
The frame carry up an incline was next and it was hard to keep the frame off the pavement.
The truck pull was next and when the competitor stopped pulling even for a second or two the truck started rolling back down the incline.
The Humvee tire deadlifts were the grand finale.
Wow! What a great show Coringa put together!
That’s it for now,
