We will start doing temperature checks at the door every day.
Sanitizing all training equipment used each day will continue.
Social distancing will be re-empahsized.
Masks are still optional.
The goal of the Cave is to get people stronger, healthier, and more fit; not to promote sickness.

I was the owner of the Cave, a strength-based, veteran-owned, unconventional coaching facility, which closed on May 31, 2022 after almost 12 years. My full focus is now on bringing our steelclub and mace training called Mace Fit out to the public.
