The Cave will be closed on the following dates and times:
- Tuesday Dec. 18–open for evening classes only 5:30-7:00pm
- Monday Dec. 24–open for morning classes only 9:00-11:00am
- Tuesday Dec. 25–closed all day for Christmas
Regular schedule will resume on Wed. Dec. 26

I was the owner of the Cave, a strength-based, veteran-owned, unconventional coaching facility, which closed on May 31, 2022 after almost 12 years. My full focus is now on bringing our steelclub and mace training called Mace Fit out to the public.
