We will be slinging steel at Urfer Family Park on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:45 am.
The classes will be free while we wait for the official notification from the county.
Tips are appreciated but not required.
All pour paperwork was submiited about a month ago.

I was the owner of the Cave, a strength-based, veteran-owned, unconventional coaching facility, which closed on May 31, 2022 after almost 12 years. My full focus is now on bringing our steelclub and mace training called Mace Fit out to the public.
