Due to a very serious surgery being done on my brother that morning, the Cave will be closed in the morning and afternoon.
If I get back in town in time, we will have the evening classes.
I will update everyone from my Facebook page that day if I cannot get back in time.

I was the owner of the Cave, a strength-based, veteran-owned, unconventional coaching facility, which closed on May 31, 2022 after almost 12 years. My full focus is now on bringing our steelclub and mace training called Mace Fit out to the public.
